Return window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How to start a return

Email hello@softbroadcast.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return.

We’ll reply with next steps. In most cases, customers will need to provide their own return shipping. As a small business, we’re currently unable to cover the cost of return shipping for standard returns. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged / incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
